About us
TARIKUmusique is a one-woman small-scale enterprise run by Ursula Dittmar, Guinean drum master Famoudou Konaté's partner. TARIKUmusique was founded in Summer 2004. TARIKUmusique is Malinké, meaning history, epic, or story. The first TARIKUmusique CD "Hamana Mandenkönö" has been released in late December 2004 in this online shop and by hand-picked resellers throughout the world. In the future TARIKUmusique will sell more CDs, books and other material related to Famoudou Konaté.
