All item prices in this shop are gross prices. Being a Small Business [Kleinunternehmer] we are not obliged to register for VAT. You will just have to add the shipping costs to the gross price. Shipping costs will be calculated by the shop system when you buy a CD. You can also doublecheck them below.

We do only deliver after we received your payment. This is to keep down the administration effort of our little one woman business, to be able to sell the CD at lowest price.

-All Orders up to 7CDs are being sent in an air-cushioned envelope. They are dispatched as letter and should travel quickly. Larger packages in general are being sent via surface mail, which is much cheaper than air mail. If you prefer the faster Air Mail, or another way of delivery, please let us know.

If you want an insurance to cover the full value of your surface mail package please let us know before sending your payment. Surface mail packages can be sent with an extra insurance that will cost a few Euros. Like for a 50 CDs package to the USA the extra insurance will cost 6 Euro. As opposed to surface mail, the faster air mail packages in general are insured sufficiently, but they are also more expensive... you pick! :-)

Returns

If any CD is defective or unsatisfactory, you may return it for full credit, exchange, or refund within 1 month of purchase.

We do not accept returns on opened CDs, unless defective. Defective items may be exchanged within 1 month for the same title only.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and sent to:
